When & how can I order?
Orders are gratefully accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online, or by email or fax.
Do you giftwrap?
You may request that your order be gift wrapped. Depending on size of order this may incur an additional charge. Please phone or email us for more information.
When will I get my order?
Products are sent out Mon- Fri. Products are normally shipped within 3 business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If there are any delays we will contact you and advise your new dispatch date.
What if I provide an incorrect address?
Please check your delivery address carefully! You are responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
What if I receive damaged goods?
Although we ensure all goods leave us in perfect condition, if goods are found to be defective in any way, Sugar Free Please! must be notified within two working days of receipt of goods.
Sugar Free Please! will assist in making claims for freight damage but is unable to help if the correct procedure is not followed on receipt of goods. Claims for damage to freight during transit will not be considered by freight carriers if consignment notes are signed as received in good condition. Any goods being delivered in an unsatisfactory condition should be signed as such and not accepted. You must either check the goods on receipt, or sign as ‘subject to check’. Sugar Free Please! cannot make claims for:
a. Missing freight if the consignment note is not signed by the customer.
b. Damages to freight during transit if consignment notes are signed as received in good condition.
Claims must be made to Sugar Free Please! within 48 hours or two working days of receipt of goods. This can be verbal but must be followed in writing within two days.
What if I am unhappy with a product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return goods in their original condition and packaging and an explanatory note, within 3 days of receipt. The full purchase price, excluding packaging and delivery cost, will be credited or refunded at our discretion. We can't give refunds if you just don't like the product! If you have any problems, send us an email.
